Here we see sharp and lustrous crystals of steel gray Manganite xls up to 1,2 cm. a nice specimen with well developed and sharp edged crystals. They are excellent striated as well, mostly superbly terminated.

The Manganite is an uncommon mineral, but the one coming from Moanda mine is really rare. Here we have a sample with very shiny black crystals, that cover the entire surface of the sample. Rare and interesting, photographed under strong light.
