Lollingite - Cruvin mine, Bruzolo, Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont, Italy (#:MINS8872)

Cluster of metallic lead grey Lollingite crystals in rosettes up to 5 mm richly cover the matrix. Well-crystallized Alpine löllingite is very rare in the first place. In Italy, the best specimens came from this Piedmont locality, two small mine adits. Only a handful of specimens were recovered across the years, and the locality is practically defunct. This specimen is a very good representation of what the mine once provided.

Specimen weight:75 gr.
Crystal size:Up to 2-3 mm wide
Overall size: 55mm x 30 mm x 28 mm
