Goyazite - Rapid Creek, Dawson Mining District, Yukon Territory, Canada (#:MINS9218)

A really niced phosphate specimen from the famed Rapid Creek locality in the far northern part of the Yukon of Canada. This piece features a coverage of sharp, well-formed, pseudo-cubic (trigonal) crystals of the uncommon strontium aluminum phosphate species, Goyazite measuring up to 4 mm, sitting on matrix.
