Plenty of well-formed, radial blue crystals of extremely rare marklite on slag matrix. Very rich for the mineral! Marklite is only known from two localities. Analyzed by Gunnar Färber.

Name origin:
Named after Prof. Dr. Gregor Markl,born February 22nd, 1971 in Frankfurt a.M., Germany,mineralogist at the University of Tübingen, Germany, who found the type specimen of marklite, for his numerous studies and books on crustal petrology, geochemistry and specifically on the hydrothermal ore deposits of the Black Forest area (genesis, oxidative alteration, mineralogy and geochemistry).
