1. The Customer can withdraw from the purchase contract and return the goods purchased without need of motivating its decision and without any penalty within a time limit of 10 working days; such days commence upon Customer’s receipt of the goods.
   
2. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending written notice thereof, within the time limit foreseen, to IN SERVICE SRL’s headquarters by registered letter with return receipt. The notice can be sent, within the same time limit, also by telegram, fax (at +39 0342 512217) or e-mail, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours thereafter.
   
3. The specimen/s must be returned in perfect condition within 15 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal. It must also contain all  material, including the original packaging. (Invoice, labels ...)
   
4. The return of specimens to IN SERVICE SRL is understood to be at the care and expense of the Customer who decides to withdraw from the contract.
   
5. IN SERVICE Srl shall have a 30 day time limit from the date of receipt of the returned products for crediting to the Customer the sum it had paid, less  shipping costs.
   
6. The complete packaging of the product and the original invoice shall be addressed to:

In all of the above cases, the Customer shall indicate the data for making the transfer (name of the bank, ABI and CAB codes, current account number, name and address with zip code of the person in whose name the account has been opened).
